Shipping Time

We aim to engrave and despatch all orders within 1-2 days, however larger engraved orders can take approximately 2-3 days for despatch. If you require your order urgently please contact us and we will work to your deadline.

Delivery of parcels to US mainland addresses usually takes 1-7 working days from date of despatch depending on which shipping service you have selected. (excludes weekends and public holidays)

If you are in the US and have not received your item within 10 working days of completion of your order, please notify us as soon as possible so we can resolve the delay.

International (non US)
Shipping Costs

At North East Trophies, we provide a worldwide delivery service. International delivery prices are automatically calculated at the checkout for you and depend on destination and size of order. Please contact us for bulk order delivery quotes.

If you are an international customer and you have not received your order after 28 working days, please contact us so we can resolve the delay for you.

Please note: Some international deliveries may be slightly delayed due to packages passing through International
Customs checks. We have no control of delays of this nature
unfortunately. Until this period has passed we cannot reship orders unless we know for certain that they are lost, stolen or damaged.

Please note:
Very occasionally, international customers may be subject to a customs charge which is out of our control. It is the responsibility of the customer to settle these charges upon receipt of the goods. We can accept no liability for these charges.

Additional Delivery Details

Most of our deliveries require a signature upon delivery. If a delivery attempt has been made and a card has been left please follow the information on the card and contact the courier to re-arrange your delivery.

In a perfect world a delivereis would be made on time however delivery delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver within estimated timescales.

Our Shipping Partners

Returns, Replacements & Cancellations

We understand that sometimes something just isn't quite right. You reserve the right to return your order for any item purchased on the web site (except personalised items and custom order items) for a full refund within 14 days after receipt of the item. However, you must take reasonable care of the items and must return them in their original packaging and without use.

If you wish to return your items for a full refund please inform us via email through the Contact Us page and our friendly sales team will be happy to help.

Please make sure you state your order number in the email. You are responsible for the delivery costs both to and from your address.

Faulty Goods

With rigorous quality control and packing procedures our aim is for every item to leave our warehouse in a perfect condition. We are very sorry if you have receive a faulty or damaged item. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will refund (in the case of non engraved items), replace or exchange the item.

When faulty goods are returned we can provide a pre-paid returns label.

Engraved/Personalised Items

We do not offer full refunds on items which have been engraved/personalised or custom items which have been ordered in for you.

For goods which are damaged or faulty we can certainly offer a replacement or an exchange. Engraved items cannot be refunded as they have been personalised to your specification. In the case of delivery of a faulty or damaged item we will happily replace the item for you. For more information on our Engraving Terms please click here.

Shipping Info

Shipping to a US mainland address ranges between 1-7 working days depending on the the delivery method chosen. Shipping to an International address ranges between 2- 28 working days depending on the Shipping method chosen.

Yes. The Express Shipping option on the website is a 2-3 working day service. If you require your order urgently, please get in touch at the point of ordering and we can arrange this.

We can also offer a 2-5 working day delivery service via FedEx to most international destinations.

Yes. We can deliver to most countries worldwide and offer various shipping options between 2-28 days. If you would like a bulk order please contact us for a bulk order shipping quote.

Yes. Please just add your required address when checking out. Make sure you clearly add the business name and the name of the person it is being addressed to. This is important, if phis information is missing it will hold up the order.

Yes, there are 2 options. You can place separate orders for each address. Or you can contact us for a shipping quote and we will process the orders for you.

No, unfortunately we can't ship to APO addresses right now.

Yes absolutely. Please just add your preferred shipping address during the checkout in addition to your billing address.

Yes. If your order is over $150, then we offer a FREE Shipping option. If your order qualifies you can choose this option at the checkout.

International delivery starts at $20.95 and varies depending on location and weight. Shipping rates will be calculated at the checkout. You can also contact us for a shipping quote on any orders you wish to place and we can give you an estimate for larger orders.

We use a range of couriers for various delivery services including FedEx and DHL.

We don't currently offer collection in person at the moment.
